Come join other parents and local teacher and certified parent coach, Francesca Cervantes, for some conversation and interactive activities that inform, inspire and support your essential role in raising healthy, resilient children in a digital world. Explore your family’s values around play and technology, create a practical family media plan, and learn ways to balance digital and traditional play experiences along with screen time. For parents of kids ages 2-12. Attendance limited to 20 participants.

  • Francesca Cervantes

    After a 30-year career in education and raising her own two kids (now almost 30!), Francesca Cervantes discovered a powerful truth: when we support parents we transform children’s lives. Through 1 : 1 coaching, workshops, and course packages, Francesca is committed to supporting parents’ emotional health and wellbeing while working creatively with them to build the connection and peace they desire for their families. Her approach combines practical, research-based strategies with deeper insights about emotional intelligence, effective communication and child development.

    Her coaching style? Francesca is a knowledgeable guide and ally who honors and sees your essential role in your child's emotional journey.

    Whether you’re dealing with specific challenges or want to deepen your parenting practice by taking a deeper dive to reflect on your role, values and style , Francesca brings compassion and skill to supporting you as you create the emotional environment your children need to thrive. When she’s not teaching or coaching, you can find Francesca outdoors hiking East Bay trails, planning a trip to some faraway place, or enjoying long conversations over a good meal with family or friends.
