with LINQ Wellness and Physical Therapy.

Join us for a relaxed coffee and chat — a little education, lots of great conversation, and a focus on feeling better in your body.

Dr. Kendal Anderson and Dr. Nazanin Ghanadan are both Doctors of Physical Therapy and movement specialists. They’re here to help you move through your day with less pain — and more confidence.

Dr. Nazanin Ghanadan is a Doctor of Physical Therapy that is passionate about helping women. As a mother of two and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Kendal Anderson understands firsthand how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling all the "mom" things. It's a casual conversation, so we’ll let it flow where it needs to.

We'll cover both prevention and simple tips to ease any back pain you're currently experiencing.
