The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including:

*Preparing for labor, communicating birth preferences and pain management options.

*When to call for help when your less than 20 weeks along.

*When to go to the hospital after 20 weeks along.

*Interventions and Unexpected Outcomes: Participants are educated about common interventions and procedures that may arise during labor and delivery, such as inductions, fetal monitoring, assisted delivery (e.g., forceps or vacuum extraction), and cesarean sections.
