What to Expect
Connection: A community of mothers in a similar postpartum stage as you.
Safety: A safe and welcoming environment to learn, process, ask question, laugh, cry, and to be exactly who you are.
Support: The support of a seasoned mama and professional (Occupational Therapist & Holistic Sleep Coach) who has a deep passion and love for supporting new mothers/families.
Resources: Weekly education, resources (including audio recording of class topics) and notes from class, so that you can digest information later if needed.
Small Groups: No big classes of 20+! Space is limited in order to foster a close-knit community.
What we’ll be covering:
How to help your baby develop their skills, including making tummy time more enjoyable and less stressful
How to care for YOUR body and mind as a parent: posture, ergonomics to avoid injuries, core and pelvic floor, mental health and more
Judgment-free support, education and strategies on common parenting concerns such as teething, baby sleep patterns, introducing solids, digestion and feeding issues
Meet new mom friends who know exactly what you're going through
Incorporating realistic self care into the activities you already do and how you can return successfully to the activities you love
Any necessary referrals to other providers
6 weeks of planned topics and additional 7th week for further exploration, processing and questions.
Price includes audio recordings of all topics, allowing you to be fully present during group.
Class is 6 weeks and is geared toward babies 0-4 months old.

Lauren Locke: Co-Owner Little Seeds, O.T, Holistic Sleep Consultant, Certified in breathwork/sound healing
Lauren is a mama to two little girls and wife to James, living in Walnut Creek for 20 years. With 11 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, she transitioned to supporting families as a Baby Led Sleep & Wellbeing Specialist after staying home with her girls. For the past 3 years, she’s worked as a Holistic Sleep Coach. Her passion for helping mothers has led her to facilitate mom & baby groups and offer postpartum coaching. After experiencing the challenges of motherhood herself, Lauren created the supportive group she once wished for, combining her expertise and personal experience to guide and empower mothers.
