Non-Certification Course
This hands-on, interactive class is designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of children and infants. In a supportive and non-intimidating environment, you'll learn the essential lifesaving techniques to respond in the event of an emergency, including CPR for infants and children and how to assist a choking child.
Course Highlights:
CPR for Infants & Children: Learn the vital steps to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths effectively and safely.
Choking Response: Understand how to recognize and respond to choking in infants and children.
Interactive Demonstrations: Hands-on practice with mannequins and scenarios to build your skills and comfort level.
Non-Certification: While this class does not provide a certification, it’s designed to equip you with practical, life-saving knowledge for emergencies.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through each skill, answering questions and offering personalized support. By the end of the class, you’ll feel more confident and prepared to handle critical situations involving children or infants.
Whether you're a new parent, grandparent, or caregiver, this class will provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing you're ready to act in an emergency.
Classes are $150 per couple and offered monthly.

Kat Neill, Co-Owner of Little Seeds, M.S, CIMI, CPR Instructor
Kat holds a degree in Family Studies and Human Development and a Master's in Social Problems and Social Policy. She is a certified Infant Massage Instructor and CPR/First Aid Instructor, passionate about supporting families through all stages of parenthood. As the co-owner of Little Seeds, she is dedicated to creating spaces where families feel seen, heard, and supported. A proud mother of three young children, ages 3, 7, and 9, Kat is deeply committed to helping other parents navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood with confidence and compassion.
