Breastfeeding Support Class
With Michelle Kwock, IBCLC
What To Expect
Join us for a welcoming and supportive class designed for pregnant and postpartum mothers, led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). This class offers expert guidance and support for families experiencing breastfeeding challenges, such as tongue tie, torticollis, gastrointestinal issues, latch difficulties, colic, fussiness, muscle tension, birth trauma, or developmental delays.
We will explore approaches that emphasize natural, baby-led instincts to support breastfeeding success, helping parents tune into their baby’s cues and innate feeding abilities, as well as what to look for if you are experiencing a painful latch. Discussions will also explore how holistic approaches, such as infant craniosacral therapy (CST), can address underlying physical and nervous system imbalances that may impact feeding, creating greater comfort and ease for both mother and baby.
Classes are $40 and offered:
Offered: Mondays starting Jan 6th at 12:00p-1:00p
