Momleta Bootcamp Pop Up

What to Expect
Join Sandy Mourad from Momleta Walnut Creek for a fun 45 minute bootcamp class designed for moms of all ages and stages. Children are welcome to attend with you too and can even be a part of your workout! Prenatal moms, postpartum moms, moms with toddlers, and moms of older kids can all attend this class that will be planned for all different fitness levels. All exercises will be modified depending on your fitness level.
Moms attending this class must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks for a c-section) with clearance from their physician to resume physical exercise. Pregnant moms must receive clearance from their physician that it is safe to exercise while pregnant. All moms attending will need to complete a registration waiver upon attending class.
This 45 minute full body workout will include a warm up, cardio drills, strength training exercises, core exercises, pelvic floor work and a cool down. Please bring water and a yoga mat and a baby carrier if your little one likes to be held!
