    Conscious parenting: Beneath Behavior

In this interactive 2-hour workshop, we will dive deeply into the practice of seeing beneath behavior (ours and our children's) and through to the underlying needs at the root of them.

In this session, we will aim our focus on two very important human needs for thriving -power and safety. When one or both of these needs go unmet too frequently, how does that impact the way we are able to show up? What about our kids?

As we explore this topic, we'll incorporate how these needs affect the depth of connection and security we can access and offer in our relationships with our children. In our time together, we will explore the concept through conversation, invitations to practice (somatic/embodiment exercises), and creating plans to take the learning from our workshop out into your day-to-day life in practical ways. If you're looking to reduce power struggles and find more ease and depth in your relationship with your kids and want to explore things from a new lens, this workshop is a great place to start!

Class is $165 per couple and offered quarterly on:

    Saturday afternoon 12:30-2:30
